(November 10, 2023, 11:44 AM EST) -- EL PASO, Texas — A Texas appellate court panel has reversed and remanded a trial court’s summary judgment ruling in a dispute over whether a hydraulic fracturing operator trespassed onto another fracking company’s mineral interests by contaminating the area of operation with fracking wastewater.
