Amici To 5th Circuit: ISP Not Contributorily Liable For Customers’ File Sharing

Taamneh, 598 U.S. 471 (2023), establishes that “a ‘communication provider’ [cannot] be held liable ‘merely for knowing that wrongdoers were using its services and failing to stop them.’”...
