Mealey's (January 25, 2019, 1:11 PM EST) -- PHOENIX — A federal judge in Arizona on Jan. 24 declined to grant a motion to voluntarily dismiss claims for violation of state and federal trade secret misappropriation laws against two former employees and its competitor filed by a rubber recycling technology developer and its U.S. and Canadian affiliate, ruling that the plaintiffs failed to show why the court should dismiss the trade secret misappropriation claims but not others made in the lawsuit (Excel Fortress Limited, et al. v.
