(December 30, 2016, 1:16 PM EST) -- WORCESTER, Mass. — A Massachusetts federal judge on Dec. 6 issued a preliminary injunction ordering a former employee of a financial protection benefits provider to return and destroy all copies of documents he was seen taking from his workplace, rejecting the employee’s contention that his actions are exempt under the Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016 (DTSA) (Unum Group v.
