Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 10:11 AM EDT) -- BOULDER, Colo. — A group of Colorado residents on June 10, 2014, sued the State of Colorado, its governor and an oil and gas exploration company in a state court, seeking declaratory and injunctive relief to enforce a charter amendment that the residents of the City of Lafayette, Colo., passed to ban hydraulic fracturing (Cliff Willmeng, et al. v. State of Colorado, et al., No. N/A, Colo. Dist., Boulder Co.)....
