Mealey's (July 26, 2017, 12:39 PM EDT) -- WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A federal judge in North Carolina on July 10 denied a revolving-door manufacturer and its founder’s motion to dismiss claims for misappropriation of trade secrets and violations of the North Carolina Unfair and Deceptive Practices Act (UDTPA) brought against it by a rival revolving-door manufacturer for whom the founder had once served as president.
