Some Tainted Groundwater Claims Valid Against Bankrupt Company, Panel Says

(February 22, 2019, 11:52 AM EST) -- SAN FRANCISCO — An appeals panel in California in a Feb. 19 unpublished opinion partially affirmed and partially reversed a groundwater contamination ruling against a bankrupt company based on evidence that was “substantively identical” to that involving one of the co-defendants.
