Colorado Bottling Company To Install Emission Controls To Resolve Violations

(July 11, 2017, 10:20 AM EDT) -- DENVER — A Colorado bottling company on June 26 entered into an agreement with the federal government and the state of Colorado in which it would install controls to limit emissions of nitrogen oxide and sulfur dioxide and pay a $475,000 civil penalty to resolve allegations that it was violating the Clean Air Act (CAA) (United States of America, et al. v.
