(December 12, 2018, 1:44 PM EST) -- TULSA, Okla. — The owner of a number of pharmacies and two physicians were indicted in Oklahoma federal court on Dec. 7 for engaging in a scheme involving the payment of illegal kickbacks to physicians who submitted prescriptions for compounded drugs that were later billed to federal health care programs and private insurers for reimbursement (United States v.
