LOUIS, Ill. — An Illinois federal judge on July 19 signed off on a $975,000 settlement to be paid by two International House of Pancakes (IHOP) franchisees to end a sexual harassment lawsuit by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission v. 2103 Restaurant Group, LLC, et al., No. 17-1002, S.D. Ill.)....
