(January 25, 2017, 12:59 PM EST) -- NEW HAVEN, Conn. — A Connecticut federal judge on Dec. 28 granted a Subway sandwich shop franchisor’s motion to compel arbitration in a dispute over its denial of a franchise to two applicants, saying that the applicants “broadly agreed” to arbitrate all claims related to their franchise application (Doctor’s Associates Inc. v.
