Mealey's (November 5, 2019, 9:06 AM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — One month after a District of Columbia Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel issued a ruling mostly upholding the Federal Communications Commission’s 2018 order repealing net neutrality, a nonprofit intervenor on Oct. 31 filed a petition for rehearing en banc, asking the court to find the order’s transparency rule to be arbitrary and capricious due to “internal inconsistencies and faulty logic” (Mozilla Corp., et al. v. Federal Communications Commission, et al., No. 18-1051, D.C. Cir.)....
