(Omaha Steaks) asked a Nebraska federal court for three declarations to clarify guidelines and requirements for ensuring that its website complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq., in providing access for visually impaired persons (OmahaSteaks.com Inc. v.
