(July 13, 2016, 7:20 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A whistle-blower on June 27 asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review the dismissal of his Cipro False Claims Act lawsuit and to rule that courts should apply a relaxed standard for pleading fraud where particulars cannot be obtained before discovery is conducted (United States of America, ex rel.
