Mealey's (July 12, 2016, 2:46 PM EDT) -- SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Plaintiffs allege injury but cannot prove the merits of a case claiming various constitutional injuries from California regulators’ letters informing insurers of the illegality of plans excluding abortion services, a federal judge held July 11 (Foothill Church, Calvary Chapel Chino Hills and Shepherd of the Hills Church v. Michelle Rouillard, et al., No. 15-2165, E.D. Calif.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 89678).
