Employee Environmental Group Urges EPA To Make Rules On Fracking Fluid Discharge

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 4:51 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Environmental advocacy group Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER) on Sept. 23, 2014, sent a letter to the administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency asking the agency to make rules that address the harmful surface discharge of hydraulic fracturing chemicals into groundwater aquifers.
