Legally Blind Man Files ADA Suit Over Accessibility Of Hugo Boss’ Website

(June 15, 2016, 9:43 AM EDT) -- MIAMI — Clothing retail chain operator Hugo Boss Retail Inc. violates the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) because its website is not accessible to visually impaired customers, a man alleges in a putative class complaint filed June 2 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (Andres Gomez v. Hugo Boss Retail Inc., No. 1:16-cv-21989, S.D. Fla.).
