Man Tells Appeals Court ACA Individual Mandate Impact Provides Injury

Mealey's (May 26, 2015, 5:24 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A man on April 3 told a federal appeals court that fallout from the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA)’s individual mandate’s impact satisfies the injury standard and that the injury is correctable (Jeffrey Cutler v.
