(June 8, 2016, 11:36 AM EDT) -- DENVER — Two groups that oppose new federal rules governing hydraulic fracturing filed amicus curiae briefs in the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on June 1, arguing that a district court properly granted a preliminary injunction against the implementation of the new rules because the government agency that created them lacks the authority to do so (State of Wyoming, et al. v. Sally Jewell, et al., Nos. 15-8126 and 15-8134, 10th Cir.)....
