Class Members: Cases Alleging Water Is Tainted With C8 Should Be Consolidated

(June 6, 2016, 7:21 AM EDT) -- ALBANY, N.Y. — A class of residents who sued a chemical company alleging it was liable for contaminating their drinking water with perfluorooctanoic acid, referred to as C8, on May 27 moved to consolidate their case with other similar cases (Michelle Baker, et al. v. Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corp., et al., No. 16-220, N.D. N.Y.).
