(May 9, 2016, 12:01 PM EDT) -- FORT WAYNE, Ind. — An Indiana federal judge on May 5 reconsidered an earlier ruling and dismissed with leave to amend a plaintiff’s failure-to-warn claim against Medtronic Inc. for an allegedly defective Sprint Fidelis heart lead (Ronald J. McAfee v. Medtronic, Inc., No. 12-417, N.D. Ind., Fort Wayne Div.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 59734).
