California District Attorney Charges 4 With Illegal Waterway Diversion

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 1:02 PM EDT) -- SAN JOSE, Calif. — The owners and two employees of a California clothing-optional resort were charged with felony trespass for illegally diverting water from a local creek, the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office announced June 12.

Glyn Stout, 77, and his wife, Lori Kay Stout, 53, co-owners of Lupin Lodge in Los Gatos, and resident-employees John Berryessa, 49, and Michael Buckland, 38, were charged with felony conspiracy to commit trespassing for the purpose of injuring a property right, the district attorney’s release said.
