Mealey's (May 2, 2016, 11:31 AM EDT) -- RENO, Nev. — A federal judge in Nevada on April 27 dismissed an amended complaint filed by a Native American livestock cooperative alleging that tribal members and the federal government prevented it from exercising its rights under federal grazing permits by restricting access to land and water resources designated in the grazing permits (South Fork Livestock Partnership v. United States of America, et al., No. 3:15-cv-00066, D. Nev.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 56402).
