Mealey's (May 2, 2016, 9:25 AM EDT) -- LAS VEGAS — A federal judge in Nevada on April 21 granted an insurer’s motion for partial summary judgment in an insurance breach of contract and bad faith lawsuit, ruling that an insured failed to provide any genuine issues of material fact supporting a majority of her claims (Teresita Gonzales v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co., No. 15-0428, D. Nev.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 54148).
