Catholic Groups Seek Class Certification In Contraceptive Mandate Case

Mealey's (June 10, 2015, 10:11 AM EDT) -- OKLAHOMA CITY — A group of Catholic churches, schools and employers on April 17, 2014, asked an Oklahoma federal judge to certify four classes seeking to challenge the contraceptive mandate (The Catholic Benefits Association LCA, et al. v. Kathleen Sebelius, et al., No. 14-240, W.D. Okla.).
