Fracking Company Must Disclose Chemicals Used At Well Site, Appellate Panel Says

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 11:09 AM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — A Pennsylvania appellate panel on April 14 quashed the appeal filed by a hydraulic fracturing company that sought to avoid disclosing the chemicals and substances used at a fracking site, ruling that the company did not have a recognizable interest in the proprietary information it sought to protect (Stacey Haney, et al. v. Range Resources Appalachia Inc., et al., No. 1130 WDA 2014, Pa. Super.).
