Worker: Fracking Company’s Negligence Caused Injury From Toxic Fracking Fluids

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 11:03 AM EDT) -- CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A Wyoming man on May 5 filed an amended complaint against a group of hydraulic fracturing companies contending that he was injured while working at a fracking site when he was exposed to toxic fracking fluid that spilled from a defective pipe (Justin Morrison v. Chesapeake Operating LLC, et al., No. 15-23, D. Wyo.).
