(April 12, 2016, 10:13 AM EDT) -- CHICAGO — The plaintiffs in a putative class action under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act did not sufficiently plead their breach of fiduciary claims related to their insurer’s denial of coverage for residential treatment center (RTC), an Illinois federal judge ruled March 31, granting in part the insurer’s dismissal motion (Elizabeth Craft, et al. v. Health Care Service Corp., No. 1:14-cv-05853, N.D. Ill.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 44810)....
