Virginia Federal Judge Rules For KFC Corp. In Franchise Agreement Case
Mealey's (March 30, 2016, 12:37 PM EDT) -- ALEXANDRIA, Va. — A Virginia federal judge on March 24 granted KFC Corp.’s motion for summary judgment in a case in which defendants filed counterclaims for breach of contract for termination of a franchise agreement and for race discrimination (KFC Corporation v. Nabil Gazaha, et al., No. 1:15-cv-1077, E.D. Va., Alexandria Div.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 38915).
