North Dakota Seeks To Join Wyoming Action Opposing Federal Fracking Rules

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 9:59 AM EDT) -- CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The State of North Dakota on April 1 moved in Wyoming federal court to intervene as a petitioner in the State of Wyoming’s lawsuit against the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) in opposition to new federal regulations governing hydraulic fracturing on public land (State of Wyoming v. U.S. Department of the Interior, et al., No. 15-00043, D. Wyo.).
