Mealey's (March 15, 2016, 1:57 PM EDT) -- DENVER — A panel of the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on March 10 refused to stay a lawsuit filed by a group of states challenging the federal regulations on hydraulic fracturing announced by the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) (State of Wyoming, et al. v. Sally Jewell, et al., Nos. 15-8126 and 15-8134, 10th Cir.).
