Mealey's (April 23, 2021, 2:05 PM EDT) -- ATLANTA — Three plaintiffs in separate lawsuits against Monsanto Co. who allege that they developed cancer as a result of exposure to the herbicide Roundup, which contains the active ingredient glyphosate, on April 22 moved to intervene in another glyphosate cancer case currently before the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, arguing that the appeal is being litigated in bad faith because, they allege, the company is paying the plaintiff to appeal the lower court decision in an attempt to “secure favorable appellate precedent.”...
