Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 12:24 PM EDT) -- WAKEFIELD, R.I. — A Rhode Island state court judge on Dec. 26 enjoined a woman from violating a restrictive covenant that limits use of a parcel of land on an island for freshwater wells (Clifton Payne v. Town of New Shoreham, et al., No. WC-2012-0449, R.I. Super., Washington Co.; 2014 R.I. Super. LEXIS 173).
