(February 11, 2016, 2:58 PM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A judge in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims on Feb. 1 affirmed a Board of Veterans Affairs ruling denying a veteran benefits for his alleged exposure to Agent Orange because the evidence did not support a finding that he had been exposed to the chemical (Walter C. Harris v. Robert McDonald, No. 15-0007, U.S. App., Vet. Clms.; 2016 U.S. App. Vet. Claims LEXIS 91).
