California Water Districts Voluntarily Drop Lawsuit Against Bureau Of Reclamation

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 11:59 AM EDT) -- FRESNO, Calif. — Twenty-one California water districts and authorities on Dec. 18 voluntarily dismissed their water delivery claims against the federal government, according to a Jan. 6 order filed by a California federal judge (Friant Water Authority, et al. v. Sally Jewell, et al., No. 14-765, C.D. Calif.).
