Special Master Puts Lid On Settlement Discussions In Florida-Georgia Water Dispute

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 11:32 AM EDT) -- PORTLAND, Maine — The special master overseeing an interstate water dispute between Florida and Georgia on April 13 entered a confidentiality order that makes inadmissible any settlement negotiation discussions (State of Florida v. State of Georgia, No. 142, Original, U.S. Sup.).
