More Religious Groups Ask Supreme Court To Hold Cases While It Mulls ACA Opt Out
(January 26, 2016, 1:33 PM EST) -- HOUSTON — Plaintiffs challenging the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) accommodation process asked the nation’s top court on Dec. 29 to grant their petition for review and hold their cases while the court considers an identical challenge (University of Dallas; Catholic Diocese of Beaumont; Catholic Charities of Southeast Texas Inc.; Catholic Charities, Diocese of Fort Worth Inc. v.
