Company: $2.9M Hydraulic Fracturing Award ‘Fails On Legal Insufficiency Grounds’

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 10:16 AM EDT) -- DALLAS — The hydraulic fracturing company that was hit with a $2.9 million judgment on June 6, 2014, filed a brief in Texas state court contending that the award “fails on legal insufficiency grounds” (Lisa Parr, et al. v. Aruba Petroleum Inc., No. 11-1650, Texas Law No. 5, Dallas Co.).
