Panel: Developer's Interest In Condominium Trust Did Not Toll Limitations Period

(July 28, 2020, 9:25 AM EDT) -- BOSTON — A Massachusetts appeals panel on June 23 affirmed a ruling awarding summary judgment to contractors that worked on two buildings in a condominium complex that were damaged as a result of water leaks based on the three-year statute of limitations, finding that the time limit to initiate a lawsuit was not tolled until after the developer handed over control of the trust to a number of individual owners (Wayne Saker, et al. v.
