Mealey's (July 22, 2020, 2:28 PM EDT) -- CINCINNATI — A divided Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on July 17 reversed a trial court's summary judgment ruling for a university and its officials and remanded for trial an age bias and retaliation lawsuit by a former professor who claims that he was let go after obligations for an earlier settlement expired and rejected when he applied for other open jobs, ruling that there was a genuine dispute of material fact as to each of the professor's claims (John George v.
