Indiana Federal Judge Orders Franchise Dispute Transferred To Illinois
(January 13, 2016, 10:09 AM EST) -- INDIANAPOLIS — An Indiana federal judge on Oct. 22 ordered transfer of a franchise dispute to Illinois federal court, ruling that “Illinois has a much stronger nexus to the relevant events than does Indiana” (Noble Roman’s Inc. v. B&MP LLC, et al., No. 1:14-cv-206-WTL-MJD, S.D. Ind., Indianapolis Div.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 144131).
