(June 2, 2020, 12:36 PM EDT) -- NEW ORLEANS — A Louisiana appeals court on May 26 reinstated asbestos direct actions against two insurers, saying that one could not use a settlement to retroactively rescind its policy and enough evidence existed to create genuine questions about the liability of the other, but said mere evidence that a third issued policies to an employer is not sufficient to overcome summary judgment (Nelson Joseph Courville Jr. v.
