(May 26, 2020, 9:39 PM EDT) -- WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A federal judge in Florida on May 11 granted a loan servicer’s motion to transfer a couple’s class action suit accusing it of violating U.S. Housing and Urban Development regulations by charging them property inspection fees on numerous occasions, finding that the proceedings are better suited in their home state of Oklahoma (DeWayne Mathews, et al. v.
