Mealey's (May 19, 2020, 1:41 PM EDT) -- ANN ARBOR, Mich. — The plaintiffs in the lead-contaminated water crisis litigation brought by residents of Flint, Mich., on May 18 filed a brief in Michigan federal court contending that the Michigan attorney general’s office holds no privilege by which it can oppose a subpoena for discovery of documents pertaining to that office’s criminal investigation regarding the crisis (In re Flint Water Cases, No. 16-10444, E.D. Mich.)....
