(May 12, 2020, 1:20 PM EDT) -- ANNAPOLIS, Md. — In a dispute between estranged siblings, one of whom was an agent for an estate, over a special bequest in their aunt’s estate, a panel of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals on May 6 affirmed that the agent did not breach her fiduciary duty to the aunt and did not unduly influence the aunt by removing her from her home and taking control of her assets (Joseph Steinberg v.
