Mealey's (April 15, 2020, 2:39 PM EDT) -- SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — Gasoline companies on April 14 filed a brief in federal court in Puerto Rico contending that the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico’s motion to exclude them from using the word “cleanup” with regard to remediation of methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) contamination in groundwater is “absurd” (Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, et al. v. Shell Oil Co., et al., No. 07-1505, D. Puerto Rico)....
