California Water Authority Settles Lawsuit, Resumes Identifying Large Water Users

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 8:26 AM EDT) -- RIVERSIDE, Calif. — The Desert Water Authority on Oct. 29, 2014, agreed to resume public disclosure of the amounts of groundwater used by its corporate customers in settlement of a California state court lawsuit brought by the First Amendment Coalition (First Amendment Coalition v. Coachella Valley Water District, et al., No. PSC 1404387, Calif. Super., Riverside Co.).
