Idaho Supreme Court Affirms Deed Correction To Clarify Lack Of Water Rights

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 8:05 AM EDT) -- BOISE, Idaho — The Idaho Supreme Court on Sept. 19, 2014, affirmed a lower court’s decision to correct a deed that mistakenly transferred water rights (Jay Brown, et al. v. Augusto Sayoko Mimoto Greenheart, No. 41189, Idaho Sup., Boise, August 2014 Term, 2014 Opinion No. 100, Idaho Sup.; 2014 Ida. LEXIS 259).
