(December 4, 2015, 11:01 AM EST) -- ATLANTA — A Georgia appeals panel on Nov. 20 affirmed a lower court’s ruling that granted an insurer and a reinsurer’s motion to compel arbitration in a dispute over coverage for an underlying professional malpractice claim (McLarens Young International, Inc. v. American Safety Casualty Insurance Co., et al., No. A15A0932, Ga. App., 4th Div.; 2015 Ga. App. LEXIS 730).
