Mealey's (December 2, 2015, 2:23 PM EST) -- PHILADELPHIA — A federal judge in Pennsylvania dismissed an insured’s insurance bad faith claims against its insurer on Nov. 25, ruling that the insured failed to state a claim for relief in arguing that the insurer acted in bad faith in denying coverage under the terms of a homeowners insurance policy (William C. Soldrich v. State Farm Fire and Casualty Co., No. 15-1438, E.D. Pa.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 159125)....
